Throughout my academic career and adventures in endurance, I’ve remained a student of the human body, our living world, and humanity’s place in it. In the classroom and public speaking, those experiences take on new life with reflection and application to the interests and aspirations of others.
I strongly believe that we all carry experiences and insights unique to us and valuable to all. The more we interact and share our experiences and insights with each other, the more we inspire communities of action, excited to feed big dreams and living our best lives!
